Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 300 grams
  • Carrot - 50 grams
  • Green onion - 2 stalks
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and cook the potato cubes for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are tender. Drain and let them cool.
  3. While the potatoes are cooling, peel and julienne the carrot. Chop the green onions finely.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, carrot, and green onions.
  5. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and salt to create the dressing.
  6. Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and toss gently until everything is well coated.
