- Eggplant - 300 grams

- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Wash the eggplant and cut it into thin slices, about 1 cm thick.
- Sprinkle salt over the eggplant slices and let them sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
- Rinse the salted eggplant slices under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the eggplant slices to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and lightly browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce, chopped green onions, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
