Steps
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.

- Stir in the chopped kimchi, soy sauce, and gochugaru, allowing the mixture to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, carrot, and zucchini to the pot, cooking for an additional 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Gently add the cubed tofu and chopped green onions, simmering for another 5 minutes.
