- Napa cabbage kimchi - 150 grams

- Green onions - 1 stalk, chopped
- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Begin by slicing the soft tofu into 1 cm thick pieces and set aside.
- In a small pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the napa cabbage kimchi to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Add the gochugaru, soy sauce, and season with salt and black pepper to taste, mixing well for another 2 minutes.
- In a separate pan, lightly pan-fry the tofu slices in a little sesame oil until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes.
- To serve, place the fried tofu on a plate and top with the spicy kimchi mixture, garnishing with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
