- Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru) - 1 teaspoon

- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Begin by draining the soft tofu and gently patting it dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and gently stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the tofu is heated through and slightly golden.
- Sprinkle the Korean red pepper flakes, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper over the tofu, and stir well to coat evenly.
- Add the chopped green onions and toss everything together for another minute.
- Remove from heat and transfer the Dubu Geotjeori to a serving dish, garnishing with sesame seeds before serving.
