  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped green onions - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Start by rinsing the dried squid under cold water to remove excess salt and impurities.
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, gochugaru, garlic powder, sesame oil, and honey to create a marinade.
  3. Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Let the squid marinate for at least 15 minutes for better flavor absorption.
  5. Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the marinated squid pieces evenly on the baking sheet.
