- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Green onion, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Carrot, julienned - 1 medium
- Mushrooms (shiitake or enoki), sliced - 100 grams
- Spinach, fresh - 100 grams
- Black pepper - to taste
- Chili flakes - to taste (optional)
Steps
- In a pot, bring the water to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the boiling water.
- Stir in the julienned carrot and sliced mushrooms, cooking for about 5 minutes until they soften.
- Cut the dotorimuk into bite-sized pieces and gently add them to the pot.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Add the fresh spinach and chopped green onion, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
- Season with black pepper and chili flakes to taste before removing from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional green onion if desired.
