- Carrot - 1 small, julienned
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine acorn flour and water, whisking until smooth to avoid lumps.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and turns translucent (about 10-15 minutes).
- Once thickened, pour the mixture into a rectangular dish and spread evenly. Let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until fully set.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt to create the dressing.
- Once the jelly is set, cut it into bite-sized cubes and arrange on a plate.
- Drizzle the soy sauce dressing over the jelly and top with chopped green onions, julienned cucumber, and carrot.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
