- Doenjang (Korean fermented soybean paste) - 2 tablespoons

- Green onion (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Tomato (sliced) - 1 medium
- Cucumber (sliced) - 1/2 medium
- Avocado (sliced) - 1/2 medium
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, doenjang, minced garlic, chopped green onion, egg, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat a grill or frying pan over medium heat and add sesame oil.
- Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the toppings by slicing the tomato, cucumber, and avocado.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- To assemble, place each burger patty on a lettuce leaf and top with tomato, cucumber, and avocado slices.
- Wrap the lettuce around the fillings and serve immediately.
