- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced Korean rice cakes and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften.
- Stir in the rice noodles and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the noodles are tender.
- Add the minced garlic, julienned carrot, and zucchini to the pot, cooking for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the fresh spinach, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
