  • Vegetable broth - 250 ml
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Green onion (sliced) - 2 stalks
  • Carrot (julienned) - 50 grams
  • Cabbage (shredded) - 50 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until the top is slightly crispy.
