- Pork shoulder (thinly sliced) - 200 grams
- Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru) - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- Green onion (chopped) - 1 stalk
- Carrot (julienned) - 1/2 medium
- Cucumber (julienned) - 1/2 medium
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, gochugaru, sugar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced pork to the marinade and mix well, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- While the pork is marinating, prepare the vegetables by julienning the carrot and cucumber, and chopping the green onion.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the marinated pork. Stir-fry for about 10 minutes until the pork is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- Once the pork is cooked, add the julienned carrot, cucumber, and chopped green onion to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
