Ingredients

  • Pork belly - 200 grams

  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (minced) - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onion (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Coconut aminos - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Cut the pork belly into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the pork belly to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork belly. Stir-fry for about 10-12 minutes until the pork is cooked through and slightly crispy.
  5. Add the chopped green onion and stir for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
