Steps
- Cut the pork belly into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the pork belly to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork belly. Stir-fry for about 10-12 minutes until the pork is cooked through and slightly crispy.
- Add the chopped green onion and stir for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
