- Zucchini (sliced) - 150 grams
- Bell pepper (sliced) - 100 grams
- Mushrooms (sliced) - 100 grams

Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced pork to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated pork to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the pork is browned and cooked through.
- Add the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 5-8 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with additional green onions.
