  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (minced) - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Zucchini (sliced) - 150 grams
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 100 grams
  • Mushrooms (sliced) - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced pork to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated pork to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the pork is browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 5-8 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for another minute.
  7. Serve hot, optionally garnished with additional green onions.
