- Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 200 grams
- Squid (cleaned and cut into rings) - 100 grams
- Mussels (cleaned) - 100 grams
- Korean radish (mu) - 100 grams, sliced
- Zucchini - 100 grams, sliced
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 tablespoon
- Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste) - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 500 milliliters
- Tofu (firm) - 100 grams, cubed
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the gochugaru and gochujang to the pot, stirring for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the sliced Korean radish and zucchini to the pot, and let it simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the soy sauce and fish sauce, then add the shrimp, squid, and mussels to the pot.
- Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
- Gently add the cubed tofu and chopped green onions, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then serve hot.
