  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 200 grams
  • Squid (cleaned and cut into rings) - 100 grams
  • Mussels (cleaned) - 100 grams
  • Korean radish (mu) - 100 grams, sliced
  • Zucchini - 100 grams, sliced
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 tablespoon
  • Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 500 milliliters
  • Tofu (firm) - 100 grams, cubed

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the gochugaru and gochujang to the pot, stirring for about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Add the sliced Korean radish and zucchini to the pot, and let it simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and fish sauce, then add the shrimp, squid, and mussels to the pot.
  6. Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
  7. Gently add the cubed tofu and chopped green onions, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then serve hot.
