  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the raw shrimp and sea salt, mixing well to coat the shrimp evenly.
  2. Cover the bowl and let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to allow the shrimp to release moisture.
