  • Korean radish (mu), sliced - 100 grams
  • Enoki mushrooms - 100 grams
  • Baby bok choy, halved - 100 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Korean chili flakes (gochugaru) - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Water or seafood stock - 500 milliliters
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the sliced Korean radish and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  3. Pour in the water or seafood stock and bring to a boil. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, and Korean chili flakes, stirring to combine.
  4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and add the shrimp, squid, and mussels. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
  5. Add the enoki mushrooms and baby bok choy to the pot, simmering for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
