- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Korean chili flakes (gochugaru) - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Water or seafood stock - 500 milliliters
- Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced Korean radish and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in the water or seafood stock and bring to a boil. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, and Korean chili flakes, stirring to combine.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and add the shrimp, squid, and mussels. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
- Add the enoki mushrooms and baby bok choy to the pot, simmering for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
