- Panko breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup

- Burger buns - 2

Steps
- Press the firm tofu to remove excess water for 15 minutes, then crumble it into a bowl.
- Add the chopped kimchi, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper to the crumbled tofu, mixing well until combined.
- Shape the mixture into two patties and coat each patty with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the patties in the pan and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
