Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Korean kimchi - 100 grams, chopped
  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into fry-shaped pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower, then sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
