Steps
- Rinse the crown daisy leaves thoroughly under cold water and drain well.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the crown daisy leaves for about 1-2 minutes until they soften.
- Immediately transfer the blanched leaves to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and salt to create the dressing.
- Add the drained crown daisy leaves to the bowl with the dressing and toss gently to coat evenly.
