Steps

  1. Wash the chwinamul thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or impurities.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the chwinamul for about 1-2 minutes until wilted.
  3. Drain the chwinamul and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Squeeze out excess water gently.
