  • Chwinamul (bracken fern) - 200 grams
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds (toasted) - 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 1 liter

Steps

  1. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot. Add the Chwinamul (bracken fern) and blanch for about 2-3 minutes until the greens are tender. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blanched Chwinamul, minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well to ensure the greens are evenly coated with the seasonings.
