Ingredients
- Loach fish (cleaned) - 200 grams
- Water - 600 ml
- Korean radish (mu) - 100 grams, sliced
- Zucchini - 100 grams, sliced
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a large pot, bring 600 ml of water to a boil.
- Add the cleaned loach fish and simmer for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove the fish and set aside to cool, then gently flake the meat off the bones, discarding the bones.
- In the same pot, add sliced Korean radish, zucchini, minced garlic, and gochugaru.
- Let the vegetables cook for about 10 minutes until they are tender.
- Return the flaked fish to the pot and add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
