- Chonggak radish - 200 grams
- Soybean sprouts - 100 grams

- Rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 liter
Steps
- Wash the chonggak radish and cut it into thin strips.
- Rinse the soybean sprouts under cold water.
- In a pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.
- Once boiling, add the soybean sprouts and blanch for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Drain the soybean sprouts and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chonggak radish strips, blanched soybean sprouts, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and adjust salt to taste.
- Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes for enhanced flavor.
