- Mung bean sprouts - 200 grams

Steps
- Rinse the mung bean sprouts under cold water and drain well.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the mung bean sprouts. Blanch for about 2-3 minutes until they are tender but still crunchy.
- Drain the blanched mung bean sprouts and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cooled mung bean sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onion on top and mix gently.
