Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast - 200 grams
  • Water - 1 liter
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Cucumber, julienned - 1 medium
  • Carrot, julienned - 1 medium
  • Radish, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Rice, cooked - 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
  2. Add the boneless chicken breast and poach for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool slightly, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper to create a dressing.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cucumber, carrot, radish, and chopped green onions.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is well-coated.
  7. To serve, place half a cup of cooked rice in each bowl, top with the salad mixture, and garnish with sesame seeds.
