- Cooked white rice - 2 cups
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Cucumber - 1 medium, julienned
- Radish - 100 grams, sliced thinly
- Spinach - 100 grams, blanched
- Eggs - 2 large
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Prepare the rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool slightly.
- Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water. Season with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sesame oil.

- Place one fried egg on top of each bowl, drizzle with the sesame-soy dressing, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
