  • Rice flour - 100 grams
  • Potato starch - 30 grams
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onion (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, potato starch, salt, garlic powder, and gochugaru.
  2. Gradually add water and sesame oil, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Fold in the chopped green onion until evenly distributed.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Take small portions of the dough and flatten them into thin rounds on the baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and the chips are crispy.
