  • Zucchini - 100 grams, grated
  • Carrot - 50 grams, grated
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato starch, rice flour, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Incorporate the grated zucchini, grated carrot, and chopped green onion into the batter, mixing well.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
