  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Begin by draining the silken tofu and gently pressing it between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and set it aside in a serving bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, julienned carrot, radish, and chopped green onion.
  4. In another small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt to create the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the tofu and vegetable mixture, gently tossing to combine without breaking the tofu.
