- Carrot - 1 medium (100g)

- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon (5g)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (10g)
- Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons (10g)
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Wash and dry the green and red chili peppers, then slice them thinly, removing the seeds if desired for less heat.
- Peel and julienne the cucumber and carrot into thin strips.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced chili peppers, cucumber, and carrot.
