  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded

  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Spring onions - 2, chopped
  • Kimchi - 50 grams, chopped (optional)
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
  4. Spread the gochujang sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Evenly distribute the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and kimchi (if using) over the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.
  8. Add chili flakes according to your spice preference.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Once out of the oven, garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds before slicing and serving.
