  • Water - 50ml

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru) and minced garlic.
  2. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and water to the bowl.
  3. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and form a smooth paste.
