Ingredients

  • Chili peppers (finely chopped) - 30 grams
  • Green onions (sliced) - 30 grams
  • Carrot (grated) - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the water and egg until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
