- Almonds - 50 grams
- Cashews - 50 grams
- Walnuts - 50 grams
- Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru) - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Roasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, and walnuts.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the gochugaru, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the spice mixture over the nuts and stir until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the coated nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the nuts are golden and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds while still warm.
- Allow to cool before serving.
