Ingredients

  • Almonds - 50 grams
  • Cashews - 50 grams
  • Walnuts - 50 grams
  • Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru) - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Roasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, and walnuts.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the gochugaru, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the spice mixture over the nuts and stir until they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the nuts are golden and fragrant.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds while still warm.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
