- Korean chili peppers - 100 grams

- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Wash the Korean chili peppers and slice them into thin strips.
- In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chili peppers to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they soften.
- Pour in the water and soy sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the liquid slightly reduces.
