Ingredients

  • Fresh chili peppers - 100 grams, sliced
  • All-purpose flour - 100 grams
  • Rice flour - 50 grams
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Carrot - 50 grams, grated
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rice flour, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, whisking until the batter is smooth.
  4. Fold in the sliced chili peppers, chopped green onion, and grated carrot into the batter.
  5. Heat a non-stick baking dish with vegetable oil and sesame oil in the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the batter into the hot baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
