Steps
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the gochugaru and cook for an additional 30 seconds, mixing well to combine.
