  • Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Bell pepper (red or green) - 1, sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Spinach - 50 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt to create the chili garlic sauce.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and spread the chili garlic sauce evenly over the surface.
  6. Arrange the sliced bell pepper, mushrooms, and spinach evenly on top of the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the vegetables.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
