  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 200 grams
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - for garnish
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired shape and thickness.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked crab meat with gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red chili flakes until well combined.
  4. Spread the crab mixture evenly over the rolled dough.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and sesame oil over the crab mixture.
