- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams

Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, gochujang, sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Stir well and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the rice cakes to the sauce and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and fully cooked.
- Stir in the sliced green onion and sesame oil, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Transfer the tteokbokki to a baking dish and evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake the tteokbokki for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve hot.
