- Sugar - 30 grams

- Cheddar cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Spring onions (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds (toasted) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet rice flour, sugar, and salt.
- Gradually add the water to the flour mixture while stirring until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the mixture, followed by chopped spring onions, and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
