- Firm tofu - 300 grams
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Korean gochujang (red chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then crumble it into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, chopped green onions, egg, almond flour, salt, and black pepper to the crumbled tofu. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the tofu mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the tofu mixture, ensuring an even coverage.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are slightly golden.
