- Almond flour - 100g
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 150g
- Cream cheese - 50g
- Egg - 1 large
- Kimchi (chopped) - 100g
- Green onions (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, 100g of shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a rectangle or circle about 1cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, mix the chopped kimchi with the sliced green onions and sesame oil in a separate bowl.
- Remove the crust from the oven and evenly distribute the kimchi mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining 50g of mozzarella cheese over the kimchi.
- Return the toast to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.
