Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100g
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 150g
  • Cream cheese - 50g
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Kimchi (chopped) - 100g
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, 100g of shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Spread the dough evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a rectangle or circle about 1cm thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. While the crust is baking, mix the chopped kimchi with the sliced green onions and sesame oil in a separate bowl.
  6. Remove the crust from the oven and evenly distribute the kimchi mixture over the top.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining 50g of mozzarella cheese over the kimchi.
  8. Return the toast to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  9. Let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.
