  • Egg - 1, beaten

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, chopped kimchi, shredded mozzarella cheese, soy sauce, sesame oil, sliced green onions, minced garlic, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
