  • Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, grated
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
