  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - 100 grams
  • Cream Cheese - 50 grams
  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
  • Green Onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked short grain rice, sweet corn, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, milk, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped green onions, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined, making sure the cream cheese is fully incorporated.
