  • Korean gochujang (red chili paste) - 1 tbsp
  • Green onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 tsp
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 tsp (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free cornmeal, rice flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Gradually add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Spread the batter evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a round pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick.
