  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onion - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and chopped green onion. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form into burger patties.
