Ingredients

  • Chapagetti noodles - 1 packet (140g)
  • Neoguri noodles - 1 packet (130g)
  • Halal beef sirloin - 150g, sliced thinly
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 4 cups (1 liter)
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add both Chapagetti and Neoguri noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. While the noodles are cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the sliced Halal beef sirloin to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Once the noodles are cooked, reserve about 1 cup of the noodle water and drain the rest.
  7. Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the beef, along with the reserved noodle water, soy sauce, and chopped green onions.
  8. Stir everything together for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  9. Season with black pepper and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
